My Dating Profile

Writing this book became an obsession with me.

I want you to think, feel, eat, sleep and live the dating experiences I had over the course of a year.

As you meet Sponge Tom, "Skip-To-My-Lou" Stew and Lame Joke Jim, I hope you recognize my determination to maintain my self respect and high standards in a relationship as well as the ability to find humor in any situation.

The men I dated are all nice enough guys, I just took the opportunity to make light of their idiosyncrasies and things that happened in my relationships with them.

With the help of my "advisory committee" I learn that physical appearance goes hand in hand with what's inside.

Join me as I learn the ins and outs of online dating.

REVIEW

Annie Earley dishes all in What Was I Thinking?! This book is an easy, entertaining read. Annie's writing style is conversational, and you feel like her best friend as she tells you about all of her internet dating experiences. Each chapter is about a different man. Some are a lot of fun, and others just make you want to shake your head. If you are getting ready to try online dating services, you could learn a little from Annie!

EXCERPT

Shortly after I booted my husband out and filed for the divorce my sister called and asked me if I wanted to go to Germany with her. Her husband was working over there with some other men for the government and she and the other wives were going over for a couple of weeks to visit them and see some of Germany. Of course I said yes. It was the perfect opportunity to get away from the dealings that go along with divorce; and I certainly could use a vacation. When we got there, I found out that one of the men working with them was divorced and the only single man in the group.
